Join the number one Organization

Ok, so I'm making this clan because I think it would be a great organization in the server. There will be no fighting or combat whats so ever.

This will be known as Skiller V1. Skiller V1 will be the number one best organization in our server until the very end.

-10 hp only
-Above 3 combat is aloud (summoning, prayer)
-Combat stats (range, strength, attack, etc.) are not aloud. Must be level 1.
-You must apply through this post.
-If you are a staff member of the server, you can still join.
-You must follow the correct rubric when applying.
-All suggestions will go through the Co-Owners and then through me.
-Not following server rules could get you demoted off Skiller V1 staff list/member list.
-If you are a server staff, you don't have a much better shot at getting staff on here.
