step 1: get the necesarry supply



step 2:go to train1 and get 60 att str and def (if wanted)



step 3: get 43+ prayer



step 4: do sometimes ::pots you need the pray pots!


step 5: go train4 and use melee pray or they hit 10+ and they give 300k+ xp and you will get it 99 pretty fast good luck!
