How to make a thread?

This guide is for those who don't know and confused how to make a thread here in our forums. I don't know why you have to click the "REPLY" to make a thread but for me it works so here's a pic.

After clicking that "REPLY" button this image will appear.

All you have to do is fill it up. Put up a title a description if you want, then put the body of your thread then your finished just click the button "SEND" if you're done writing your thread and here's a pic shown for it.
